REASON FOR PROPERTY GRADES: Our goal is to save our investors time and money by helping them locate a fix-up project that is at the specific level of rehab they feel comfortable. For your convenience IndyCasa.com provides a grade or rating for each property listed on our website.
HOW PROPERTY GRADES ARE ESTABLISHED: Prior to placing a property on the market one of our employees performs a walk-through assessment. They grade the property based on the mechanical systems that are in place and any visual repairs that are needed. Most homes do not have the utilities on at the time of the walk-through; therefore, we are uncertain if mechanical systems are functioning properly.

Typically the lower the number the better condition the property...
Grade #1 is usually one of the best properties.
Grade #9 is usually one of the worst properties.
A grade of 5 or higher requires quite a bit of work to make livable.
