Hello Jim,
You've never met me but I'm writing to you on behalf of Jo Ann H. of Brookside Ave. who has just recently passed away. I am her son and I wanted to let you know and to say thank you for everything you did for her. She considered you a friend and used to tell me of all the things you did for her and how she knew you before your hair turned white. I just wanted to thank you sincerely for sending lawyers on her behalf, removing garbage, and everything else you did but did not have to do. She just wanted to have a house with a big enough yard for her dogs and you provided that for many years. Once again I just want to thank you and for you to know that your generosity was appreciated.
